Paving a New Path for Wellness Connecting Four Contemporary Communities Along the Cambie Corridor.
The Wellside Collection, by Belford Properties, is an artful and uncommon approach to modern community living. There is a singular beauty in pursuing a balanced life, and the balance of each and every day begins and ends with home.
We helped Belford name, position, brand and design four-phases of elevated townhome communities along the Cambie Corridor of Vancouver, British Columbia. Each with their own unique architectural character, gathering spaces and geography. The thread that connected each community was an ever-evolving story of wellness and why it's integral to healthy living.
With The Wellside Collection, we wanted to reevaluate what wellness meant to homeowners, and we wanted to rethink the storytelling of traditional real estate projects. Knowing that this is a masterplan vision of four unique communities, it was crucial to underpin the brand with a feeling of calm and serenity that was admired and valued by potential buyers.
Typography and copywriting played a key role in supporting a restrained visual language for the brand system. We established a dignified voice that spoke poetically about the product and community. Additionally, we chose an elegant font system that expressed subtle movement on top of the marketing language.
